When will I receive my order?

We will pack and ship from our warehouse in Brisbane within 5 business days. Please note that while we have control over things on our end, we are still at the mercy of Australia Post after your order leaves us, so any unexpected delays are out of our control.

​​Greeting Cards
Greeting cards will come individually wrapped in a cello sleeve, including envelope, enclosed in a mailer.

Gift Tags
Gift tags will come with individual string, enclosed in a mailer.

Wholesale Orders

• Standard MOQ Orders -please allow approximately 14 business days to print and deliver.
• Starter packs including stands - please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery.

What is the MOQ for wholesale orders?
50 cards or 50 tags. We also have Starter Packs available which include a card stand.

I want to become a stockist, how does this work?
Please email Tara or submit a request through our online portal. 

How are you minimizing your environmental impact?
We have a big old lady boner for the environment. So, to control the stock levels and not have excess stress on the environment, we have printed a float and will print when the float runs out.

How often will new ranges come out?
We will release new cards every few months. There over 80 cards on offer now, with more to come!

Do you ship internationally? Or Australia only?
Australia only for now! However, if you are overseas and are desperate for a pack, please email either tara@badonpaper.com.au 
or priya@badonpaper.com.au prior to purchasing and we should be able to sort it out for you!

How'd you think of the idea?
Because we wanted to rebel against the overpriced and generic cards available. Read our "About us" for the whole story. 

Can you create a bespoke range/do you do collabs?
