Shipping and Packaging

When will I receive my order?
We will pack and dispatch your order from our warehouse in Brisbane within 4 business days. Please note that while we have control over things on our end, we are still at the mercy of Australia Post after your order leaves us, so any unexpected delays are out of our control.

​Greeting Cards
Greeting cards will come individually wrapped in a cello 
sleeve, including envelope, enclosed in a mailer.

Gift Tags
Gift tags will come
with string, enclosed in a mailer.

Wholesale Orders

  • Standard MOQ Orders -please allow approximately 14 business days to print and deliver.
  • Starter packs including stands - please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide returns or exchanges for 'change of mind'. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for a refund due to damaged or defective products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at tara@badonpaper.com.au. If your purchase is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
